Traits

Semi-sentient Wisps - can be somewhat social, playful, and listent o basic instructions from the CIR they originate from.
Magical Heart wings - almost look like butterfly wings but are shaped like hearts.  Can be transparent, semi transparent, or solid.
Butt Wings - wings attached to the butt.  The CIRs butt can hover with those wings but they don't offer enough support for them to fly.
